We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth for Aero Tech Aviation Design, a company specializing in both manufactured parts and expert aerospace services. This hybrid role involves refining and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to expand our customer base in general aviation, business jets, and the transport category aircraft segments. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical offerings and client needs, ensuring effective communication of our value proposition. It will also include expanding our parts’ sales business through marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our FAA certified Parts and our services business focused on engineering, FAA certification, and project management services. This exciting opportunity includes both B2B and B2C work.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including MROs, OEMs, and individual aircraft owners/ maintainers.
- Marketing Strategy: Improve and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (digital, social, industry events) to generate awareness and qualified leads for Aero Tech Aviation Design.
- Sales & Support: Facilitate parts sales and serve as a services liaison, effectively communicating product specifications and service capabilities to engineering and procurement teams.
- CRM Management: Set up, manage, and utilize our CRM system to track leads, monitor pipeline activity, analyze sales data, and report on performance metrics.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., FAA regulations) to inform strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintain a heavy focus on PMA part sales and revenue growth to our different customer segments.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and operations teams at Aero Tech Aviation Design to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client projects or parts orders.
- Industry Engagement: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to network and promote company offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related technical role within the aerospace, aviation, or a parallel technical industry.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the aviation industry, including general aviation, business jets, and transport category aircraft segments, as well as MRO and OEM environments is desired but not required.
- Sales & Marketing Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience in CRM setup and management (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
