This is an exciting time to join the ATAD Team!  We experienced 470% growth in our PMA parts sales last year.  This didn't happen by accident.  We are growing this segment of our business rapidly.  Our customers love our parts quality, value, and are imploring us to continue to expand our parts offering!

Our fabrication/production staff work in a fast-growing area as we add capabilities, company processes, and standards. ATAD is a results-oriented work environment. Often engineers and designers get to work their designs from concept through prototype, testing, productionizing, and entry to service. Seeing the full product life-cycle helps our engineers and designers grow in their skills and become well-rounded.  Our team members have input to the process and are part of growing ATAD through their contributions and hard work. We work as a team to accomplish company goals, customer projects, or parts covering a wide range of aerospace vehicles. This work environment is exciting and rewarding as ATAD continues growing, with planning for our next phase of expansion in-work already.  At ATAD everyone works as a team and understands that we serve our customers out of a sense of duty and honor knowing we are shepherding with our tradesmanship, experience, and dedication to their needs.

Our main office, located North of Grass Lake, Michigan, supports engineering, certification, and production of our FAA PMA parts.  This beautiful location is nestled in among a diversified array of state land and local communities.  The state land is full of woodlands, lakes, streams, walking/hiking/biking/equestrian trails & even campgrounds.  There are nearby Michigan farms and small communities with American mid-western charm and history.
