ATAD is a results-oriented work environment. Often engineers and designers get to work their designs from concept through prototype, testing, productionizing, and entry to service. Seeing the full product life-cycle helps our engineers and designers grow in their skills and become well-rounded. Our fabrication/production staff work in a fast-growing area as we add capabilities, company processes, and standards. Our team members have input to the process and are part of growing ATAD through their contributions and hard work. We work as a team to accomplish company goals, customer projects, or parts covering a wide range of aerospace vehicles. This work environment is exciting and rewarding as ATAD continues growing, with planning for our next phase of expansion in-work already.

ATAD has multiple offices to support our clients. Our main office, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, supports engineering, certification, and production support in the area. Our Grass Lake Michigan facility has taken over PMA, which used to be done in Ohio. Our Ohio facility supports special projects. Our Wichita, Kansas office supports the high density of OEMs and Suppliers in that area.
